Law Office of JUDr. Tomáš Vymazal, Wellnerova 1322/3C, Olomouc provides professional legal services in all branches of law, specializing in commercial, administrative and criminal law. Our priority is to meet the clients’ needs and make our best effort to enforce their lawful interests. JUDr. Tomáš Vymazal
Attorney at Law
Tomáš Vymazal graduated from the Faculty of Law at Palacky University in Olomouc in 1996. Since 1996 he has worked as a candidate attorney, firstly in the Law Office of Novák, Hlína, Čejna and Partners in Přerov and from 1997 to 1999 in the Law Office of Sokol & Novák. From 2001 to 2004 he worked as a cooperating attorney in the Law Office of Brož & Sokol & Novák. In 2003 he passed the Advanced Master´s State Examination at Charles University in Prague (acquired a title JUDr.), in the field of Civil Procedure – subject Arbitration. Since October 2004 he has practiced law in an independent law office, initially located in Přerov, and since 2005 in Olomouc, currently at the Law Office registered office at Wellnerova 1322/3C. He provides legal services in all branches of law, specializing in commercial, administrative, criminal and civil law. He has a deep knowledge of procedural law both in the field of criminal proceedings and in the fields of civil and administrative proceedings. Dr. Vymazal provides services in both English and Russian. -

Iveta Ježková graduated with honours from Secondary school in 2007. She worked as an assistant in the Olomouc branch of the Law Office of Appl and Chytil until November 2009. She then started to work as an assistant in the Law Office of JUDr. Tomáš Vymazal. -
Mgr. Michaela Adamusová
Candidate attorney
In 2014, she completed a Master's study programme „Law“ at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno and a Bachelor's study programme „International relations and social anthropology“ at the Faculty of Social Studies of the same university. Before starting her practice as a candidate attorney, she worked as a corporate lawyer in the private sector, as a lawyer in social services and as a lawyer at the Office for International Legal Protection of Children. She began working as a candidate attorney at Law firm MORAK, advokátní kancelář s.r.o. and then from August 2022 she works in the Law firm of JUDr. Tomáš Vymazal, carrying out general legal practice with a focus on business law, dispute resolution and family law.

Having graduated from the Faculty of Law at Palacky University in Olomouc, he started working as a candidate attorney in 2004, first in the Law firm of JUDr. Julie Xinopulosová in Olomouc and subsequently in the Law firm of JUDr. Tomáš Vymazal. Since 2007 he has been providing legal services as an attorney in all fields of the law, focusing mainly on civil law, commercial law and criminal law. He also materializes his knowledge of procedural law by working as an arbiter since 2005. Currently he works in the Law firm of JUDr. Tomáš Vymazal as a cooperating attorney. -
Mgr. Hana Líňová

In 2010 she graduated from the Faculty of Law at Palacky University in Olomouc. In the course of her studies she completed, for instance, a one-year internship at a law firm based in Olomouc where she focused mainly on civil and commercial law. She briefly worked in an office of the court executor as a trainee court executor and in September 2010 she joined the Law firm of JUDr. Tomáš Vymazal as a candidate attorney. Since January 2014, which is when she was registered with the Czech Bar Association, she has been working in the Law firm of JUDr. Tomáš Vymazal as a cooperating attorney, carrying out legal practice in all areas of the law with a closer focus on intellectual property law, tax law, administrative law (especially construction law and legal issues in advertising), and the law of business associations, including cooperatives. -
JUDr. Lukáš Janák

In 2010 he graduated from the Faculty of Law at Palacký University in Olomouc and in 2013 from the Faculty of Management and Economics at Tomas Bata University in Zlín. During his studies, he carried out internship in one of Olomouc's law firms. From 2010, he started working as a candidate attorney in the Law firm of Mgr. Tomáš Cimbota, where he subsequently worked as an employed attorney after being registered in the list of attorneys within the Czech Bar Association in 2016. Since 2017, he has been working as an employed attorney at the Law firm of JUDr. Petra Langerová, Ph.D., LL.M. Since February 2022, he has been working in the Law firm of JUDr. Tomáš Vymazal as a cooperating attorney, carrying out legal practice in all areas of the law with a closer focus on civil law (primarily transfers of immovable property, dispute resolution), commercial and criminal law. -
Mgr. Michaela Olivová
Cooperating Attorney
She graduated from the Faculty of Law, Palacký University in Olomouc, in 2020. During her studies she worked in a law and insolvency office in Přerov and completed a traineeship at the District Court Přerov in the criminal and civil law department. She has also been involved in legal education for the public – she was a consumer law trainer at the company dTest. She has also cooperated with the Faculty of Law, UP, on teaching children and adolescents as a part of the Law4life (Street Law) project. She has been a member of the Student Legal Counselling office of the Faculty of Law, UP, which provides free legal counselling to people from socially disadvantaged groups. Since 2019 she has been working at the Law Office of JUDr. Tomáš Vymazal, first as a legal trainee and, since March 2020, as a trainee solicitor. In December 2023, she passed the bar exam with high distinction grade (“excellent”). Since January 2024, she has been working at the law office of JUDr. Tomáš Vymazal as a cooperating attorney, practicing in all areas of law with a closer focus on criminal and civil law.
